Shipping policy

Everything is made to order.

Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. When you order, your piece gets printed — then it ships. That's why it takes a minute, and it's why we don't burn stock nobody wanted.

How long it takes

Every piece is printed to order overseas, then shipped direct to you. Figure production 1–3 business days and transit 9–14 business days — about 2–3 weeks from order to door.

Business days don't include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on a weekend start production the next business day.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder before writing in — that's where it usually is.

Shipping cost

Calculated at checkout based on where it's going. You'll see the exact amount before you pay.

Customs

We ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your country, not by us — they're not included in what you pay at checkout, and they're the buyer's responsibility. Customs can also add time we can't predict or control.

Your address

Check it before you submit. We print and ship to the address you give us. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of a wrong or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you cover the reshipping cost.

Delays

Carrier backups, customs holds, weather, and holiday volume can all push a delivery past our estimate. We'll help you chase anything that's actually stuck — email us and we'll pull the tracking.
