Cancellation policy

Tracksuit set deposits

Our tracksuit sets are sold with a $65 deposit when you order and the other $65 when your set ships.

Canceling

Email stillfya@gmail.com within 24 hours of ordering and we'll cancel your order and refund your $65 in full. After 24 hours, your set is already being made, so the deposit can't be refunded.

The second payment

We'll email you when your set is ready to ship. If the second $65 isn't paid within 7 days of that email, the order is canceled and the $65 deposit is kept to cover the set that was made for you.
